The Building Blocks of the Business Model Canvas (CBMC) cover the four main areas of a business model: offer, customers, infrastructure and financial viability. In the Circular version of the BMC - so in the CBMC - we introduce the new blocks Planet Value, Social Value and Take Back System as well as will be looking at some of the Adoption Factors that are relevant when going circular.
